In today’s environment, a vital component medium to large companies are focusing on to help them remain competitive is building a bridge between their strategic plan and their HR strategy with a Strategic Workforce Plan. Designed to walk participants through each of the seven key steps that define the process known as strategic workforce planning, this PILOT program will enable you to apply the concepts and templates to your own business and draw on your organizational data. The result will be the formulation of a strategic workforce plan to guide your business over the next two to five years. 

Participants need to be comfortable working with or maneuvering technology as AI will be used throughout the program. It is highly recommended that you have previously completed the HR Essentials program.

Who Should Apply:

This program is designed for owners and senior leaders of medium-sized businesses/organizations where there are at least ten distinct roles and at least 20 employees. You should be exploring or planning growth opportunities for the next two+ years and operating in either the for-profit or not-for-profit sectors.

Start Date: Tuesday, April 15, 2025

Time: 8:30am - 12:30pm

Classes are every Tuesday for 10 consecutive weeks. There are additional requirements for the Zoom online programs, as follows: The program must be taken on a computer, laptop, or tablet; phones will not be an accepted device. Participants must have a high speed Internet connection (no dial up), and hardwired is preferred to wi-fi. A headset or earbuds must be used, and the participant must have a webcam, if no camera in their laptop, with the camera left on; video participation is a requirement, to ensure the connection to the instructor and other participants. A quiet place to focus is required, free from distractions. These details will be part of the INA process.

Registration is not confirmation of acceptance in the program; you will be contacted as to your status after an individual needs assessment, and no later than April 11, 2025.
