Chris Lewis helped to clarify our social media strategy.. There are tools in social media that he introduced us to and helped us work with them. We have been able to reach many more people with our advertising through the use of social media. (eg. Facebook, Twitter, and Hootsuite.) It is well worth the time commitment to the course outline. - Alan Klein
