As a business leader, there is nothing more challenging or time-consuming than managing employees. All employers struggle with employees that at times do not perform as expected, fail to come to work on a regular basis, and are generally disengaged. For unionized employers, the relationship with unions adds another level of complexity in managing a workforce. The ability to mobilize the talents and energies of employees is directly linked to an organization’s success.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Business the Leadership Course. It was a great opportunity to evaluate what more I can do to provide leadership within my professional and personal life. I very much enjoyed discussing the challenges other participants face within their organizations as well as developing innovative solutions through group brainstorming.
